Kind owner/chef who spoke perfect English. He was very welcoming and even though the menu has several options, he was able to adjust the vegetarian bento to make it vegan. He also offered complimentary hot tea or water.

It’s not the gourmet level meal but it was nourishing and tasted like a good home cooked meal.

What a great little spot for a bite. We did a quick google search while in the area for dinner and as luck would have it we were out front. The owner is amazing and funny. He also has some of the best dishes we’ve tried in Japan. We told him we’re vegetarian and he took it from there! We’ll add this place to our must return restaurants.
