Broth is very porky and clean. I got all the recommended with more garlic and medium spice which was a good amount of spice for me. We went around 1pm and the line up took roughly 15 minutes. It's good to experience however I don't think it's worth it if the wait is super long.

I love this place when I want a nice, solo meal without distraction. I really like that you can personalize your ramen. I'm a rich broth, extra onions, extra garlic, extra spice kinda girl. I cannot give 5 stars because I do not like the egg. It comes unpeeled and cold. I much prefer mine halved in the broth. The pork isn't the super, most bestest either, but it does the trick. It is my #2 ramen place. It sit right below it's competitor Goshoken on the corner. I choose Ichiran when I feel like I want to get messy and eat a...
