The beef is okay, but the service is really bad. I was attracted by the high scores on Google and Dianping, but later found out that the high scores were faked by giving away dim sum for positive reviews. The reasons for the poor service are: 1. No chopsticks were provided after being seated, and we only got them after asking the waiter; again, there were no plates, and we only got them after asking the waiter. Without plates and chopsticks, how can we eat barbecue? 2. The advertised closing time is 11 o'clock. We arrived before 10 o'clock that night, and the female receptionist was very rude and impatient, saying that we couldn't order after 10:30. We ordered Ichigyu Assortment of 5 kinds of beef, Chefs select Blind-cut steak, Thick-cut chateaubriand, Kobe beef loin, and kobe beef yakishabu. Our favorites were Thick-cut Kobe beef loin and Kobe beef Yakishabu. The Thick-cut literally melted in my mouth. The kobe beef Yakishabu is unique where you dip it into sauce with raw egg to eat.
The service was good - there is language barrier since the servers dont speak English very well but we were able to communicate and plus we ordered through the tablet.
Negative comments are the tablet doesn't support full English. It was very confusing to navigate. Also the air wasn't suctioned well so the smoke hit our faces. They charge for the grill plate change after 2nd one and charge for salad after 2nd one.
Otherwise, great meat!

Despite having food poisoning, I still forced myself to eat it, a 10/10 for me when i came with my family of 4. The service was delightful, they even helped us cook the expensive meat as I did not want to ruin the use of my petty little money. They cooked the meat to perfection, giving me the taste that I wanted. Staff was especially friendly and took time understanding my English and poor Japanese.
