Kōbe Duchamp — Restaurant in Kobe

My local Japanese friend brought me to this place. When we were arriving, we have to queue up at the outside as the restaurant is fully occupied. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. After we got our place, they will serve you with a glass of water which they will usually refill when it was empty. The food was quite delicious. I do love the broth. 日曜昼13:10入店 外はあいにくの☂️☁️ 駅から徒歩10分ほど周りはビル街 店内は正面カウンター10席、大多数がテーブル席 客層は、家族連れやカップル・女友達など幅広い年齢層 注文； 『名物煮込みハンバーグ&有頭エビフライ』 肉汁たっぷりのハンバーグ 玉ねぎ、人参、セロリ、牛肉などを入れじっくり時間をかけて作る自慢のデミグラスソースに野菜の旨みがしっかり溶け込んだ名物料理🩷 有頭エビ🦐は、衣のサクサクと引き締まった身をタルタルソースで頂き、ボリューム満点で最高でした(^ ^) 店員さん（シェフ）の応対がスマート過ぎて少し距離感を感じる場面多数↘︎😢

Entered the restaurant at 1:10 PM on Sunday. Outside, it was unfortunately rainy and cloudy ☂️☁️. About a 10-minute walk from the station, surrounded by office buildings. Inside, there were 10 counter seats directly facing the kitchen, with most of the seating being at tables. The clientele ranged widely in age, including families, couples, and groups of female friends.

Order: “Signature Braised Hamburger Steak & Whole Prawn Fried”

The hamburger steak was juicy and flavorful. The house-made demi-glace sauce—carefully simmered with onions, carrots, celery, and beef—was rich with the deep umami of vegetables, making it a standout dish 🩷. The whole prawn 🦐 was crispy on the outside, with firm, succulent meat inside, perfectly complemented by tartar sauce. It was hearty and absolutely satisfying (^ ^).

1800円の煮込みハンバーグを頂きました。お料理は素晴らしかったです。価格に見合わない料理も多いですが、こちらは価格以上かと。ハンバーグとドリンクだけだったのですが、大変満足しました。挽目のサイズが絶妙で、肉の食感をうまく残しつつ、ハンバーグとしてのまとまりもあり、つなぎに頼らない、肉汁たっぷりの良いハンバーグでした。また一緒に煮込まれている皮付きの芋や、人参などの野菜もほどよい硬さが残っており、ただ煮込めば良いとばかりにグズグズに煮込まれたものではなく、食感も素材の味も楽しめました。小さいStaubを使っていましたが、よく使い込まれていました。また味わいたいと思うハンバーグでした。次はカニクリームコロッケも食べてみたいです。 ドリンクはレモネードを頂きました。美味しかったのですがグラスが硬質プラスチックでした(修正：気になったので調べてみたところ硬質プラスチックではなく無鉛クリスタルでした。大変失礼しました。環境に良いとの事です。言い訳がましいですが、普段使い慣れたグラスではなく触り心地があまり好みではなかったのが正直なところです。お店側は色々な配慮の上での採用かもしれません。）ソフトドリンクだからなのか？それとも万一割れたときに怪我をしないようにという配慮なのか？知りませんが、興を削がれました。 私が行ったときはお子さん連れもいらっしゃいましたが、もしかしたら常連さんなのかもしれません。お店に慣れている様子でした。他の書き込みにありますが、確かにバーテン兼案内の方は少し無愛想かなと思いました。チップ制の国ではないので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、自分付きのテーブルという感覚ではないので、多少放って置かれる感じもありましたが単に多忙だったのかもしれません。私も食事前で腹の虫の...
