When it comes to Kobe-style ramen, Mokkosu-san is the place to go! Their Ishiyagawa location is particularly popular - people start lining up even before it opens at 11:00am. It's nice to be able to get there a bit early. As soon as it opens, everyone heads straight for the ticket vending machine and is then directed to their seats at the counter in order. The seating area is only at the counter, but around 20 people can fit. The staff is quite efficient and everything runs smoothly. They offer condiments such as green onions and garlic, and you can eat as much pickled vegetables as you like. The noodles are usually on the firmer side, but I wonder if they can make them softer for those who don't like them that way. It was delicious! Thank you...
