Wonderful place to go for a celebration meal. Exquisite presentation of the dishes with taste to match. Sake is just right for this food and I’d thoroughly recommend the ‘tasting set’ which includes the sake served at the Nobel Prize awards ceremony. 神戸酒心館の敷地内にあるレストラン「蔵の料亭 さかばやし」。 阪神・石屋川駅から歩いて10分ほど、酒蔵や庭園、ショップも併設された落ち着いた空間で、お酒好きにはたまらない雰囲気です。 店内は和のしつらえが美しく、テーブルには震災で倒壊した蔵の赤松材が再利用されているそう。そんなストーリーにもぐっときつつ、神戸旅行の合間に、ちょっと贅沢なお昼ご飯として訪問しました。 今回いただいたのは、季節のミニ会席（4,000円）。 お酒は純米にごり生酒からスタートし、途中で生酒・純米酒の利き酒セット（各3種ずつ）を追加、最後に樽熟成の福寿もいただくという、合計8種の日本酒を堪能する流れに。 お料理は、神戸産イチジクの白和えや、海老飛龍頭の清汁仕立て、昆布締めの鯛に日本酒ジュレを合わせた一皿など、どれも出汁の旨みが活きていて、お酒との相性が抜群。 特になめ茸の餡をかけたすくい豆腐や、野菜の炊き合わせは、出汁と素材の魅力がしっかり感じられる品で、ほっとする味わいでした。 日本酒も、それぞれが個性豊かで、香り・酸・余韻のバランスが美しく、食中酒として完璧。ワインのような樽香が感じられる一本には驚かされました。 締めは但馬の棚田米のコシヒカリとキノコの佃煮。赤出汁と香の物もついて、お腹も心も大満足。特に佃煮が絶品で、お土産に購入決定。 これだけ料理とお酒を楽しんで、一人7,000円くらいだなんて……正直コスパが良すぎると感じました。 福寿のファンとして行ってよかったと思えるお店です。 支払いは、現金のほかクレジットカードが利用可能で、電子マネーやQRコード決済は非対応とのこと。 ショップでは日本酒や佃煮の購入もできて、レストランで気に入った味をそのままお土産にできるのも嬉しいポイント。 「日本酒を飲むために神戸に行きたい」と思わせてくれる場所。 旅の途中でも、地元の方にも、全力でおすすめしたい名店です。
