Red Rock — Restaurant in Kobe

Me and my sister visited Red Rock at Kobe today for lunch and was deeply disappointed by the behavior of your staff. While I understand the policy of "one order per person," which I missed initially, I promptly corrected the order when politely informed by one staff member.

However, another staff member openly mocked and glared at us in a derogatory manner, even pointing at us while complaining to the manager in Japanese (assuming we didn’t understand). When I raised this issue with the manager, the response was a dismissive "Gomen" without any attempt to address the rudeness.

Hospitality (omotenashi) is a cornerstone of Japanese culture, and this experience fell far below the standards I’ve come to respect in Japan.
