This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my 5 trips to Japan. We came here for dinner on our first day in Kobe. The staff didn't understand much English, but it's okay to scan the code to order. We ordered some Kobe beef and an oxtail soup. The beef was not particularly delicious, but there are always some unsatisfactory things about the meal, which is okay. What really made me angry was that after we finished all the dishes, I still didn't get my oxtail soup. We asked the waiter, who went back to the kitchen to ask the chef, and replied that it would take another 15 minutes to give us the oxtail soup. We waited patiently for another 30 minutes. An excellent restaurant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really loved the design & layout of the place. The beef as fantastic. We will definitely eat here again. Price was very reasonable. They have a very large selection of items.

Note: when you order the beef that is exactly what you are getting! Nothing extra, no side dishes. We did not realize this when we started. After finishing the beef we ordered a small bi-bin-bop and an ox tail soup. Both were really excellent!! Again, very reasonable pricing. We highly recommend...
