Katsudon Yoshibee Asahidoriten — Restaurant in Kobe

Katsudon is one of my favorite Japanese dish. I was staying around the Sannomiya area and I came across this store. They have a few different locations in the area. Crossed reference with tabelog making sure the reviews are legit before heading over. I was impressed with the ticket machine it has 4 different languages available. I got the regular size with 2 eggs + soup & salad combo. Got the sesame paste as salad dressing (forgot to take a picture of that) . The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The food tasted great the pork chop was crunchy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Everything cooked just right. I would return for more if I had a few more...

Best pork cutlets on the planet! Well, the best I have found anywhere in Kansai, Japan. Deep-fried, juicy pork coated with a bread crumb crust. With "sauce" (Worchestershire-flavored sauce) covered, or partially cooked egg-coated varieties sitting on top of good rice... They also have katsu-curry too.
