An absolutely fantastic restaurant with the best staff and a great atmosphere. I was on a trip to Yamanashi for the first time and decided to stay in Kōfu for the night. I searched a lot of restaurants but this seems to be the best. We went there without a reservation but they were full. They told us they would call if seats became available and we got a call within 30 minutes. The food was fantastic. We ordered shitake, which were HUGE, half and half pizza - delicious, magurokatsu and salad. The staff made us feel really welcome. The chef who was making the pizza was so cool and professional. She seems to be making a million things at once. She was really lovely too and gave us some suggestions. The waiter was great too and suggested some bars to visit in the area. A really first rate place to visit!!!
