Siam cafe has a calm, refreshing atmosphere with a warm, natural color tone. Across from the library, this was a great stop after research.

I ordered the coconut latte, on which I was surprised by its subtle sweet taste.
The Massaman curry was my main course, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality Siam offered. The subtle star anise flavor intertwined with its creamy coconut sauce counterpart left my mouth pleased and my stomach full. For a rather mild dish, I was impressed that the café held back the need to remind Japanese of the Thai-style of cuisine. The portion was a little more than I could normally bear, so I recommend splitting this dish with someone.
Ending with a special Kanom thuai and its mochi-like "bread pudding" texture tipped with coconut cream, I was pleased. Not just with the theme of my meal (ここナツ), but with the care placed into this cuisine.
