■店名 郡山駅前ラーメン 角麺 ■場所 郡山駅 ■予算 〜999円 ■頼んだメニュー ・特選ブラック ----- 郡山出張DAY。 もう何回も来ているので駅前はほぼ開拓できているのですが、それでも細かい部分はまだまだフォロー不足。駅前を全制覇できるように頑張りたいですね笑。 今回は駅前にあるラーメン屋さんへ。 他に行きたいところがあったのですが時間がなく、かつアイドルタイムだったので空いていたこちらのお店へ足を運びました。 今回注文したのは上記の通りです。 ▼特選ブラック "郡山ブラック"をご存知でしょうか？ 富山ブラックが全国的には有名かもしれませんが、実はここ郡山にもインスパイアされた独自のラーメンがあります。 渋みエグ味あり。 醤油のキレあり。 口にする度ハマっていく感覚。 魚介ほんのりで気になる味わい。 一定のファンがいることも納得。 飲み終わりの〆に食べるのもいいですね。 チャーシューが柔らかくて美味しいですね。 ワンタンはニンニク効いた下味がバッチリです。 富山ブラックと比較するとまだ旨味があって、塩気は抑えられていますね。そういう意味では食べやすいかもしれません。 富山ブラックはマジでしょっぱいですからね笑。 以上です。 途中でお酢を入れて酸味を加えると塩気とのバランスも良くなり、醤油のコクが強調されて美味しくなるのでオススメです。 ご馳走様でした。 また来ます。 ※イイねや保存をよろしくお願いします！
