㐂久好 イオンレイクタウンmori店 — Restaurant in Koshigaya

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the flavors were phenomenal and I truly enjoyed my meal. However, it was the cleanliness, or lack thereof, that really brought down the score and experience.

To be fair, I walked into the restaurant around 6:30 on a weekday. Maybe they got swamped and did not have the time or manpower, but that does not change the fact that for a moment I regretted having chosen this place and seriously put into question the quality of the food based on how messy things looked. There were empty trays at various of the tables, the water for the utensils at the buffet looked nasty, the containers were caked with food, and even the bowl I ordered had sauce dripping from all sides. In short, first impression was not very good at all.

However, all my trepidations were immediately dissipated the moment I took a bite of the food. The vegetables from the buffet were flavorful, distinct and honestly delicious. They even had a sort of sukiyaki nabe with daikon (radish), konjac (devil's tongue) and small pieces of beef. As good as the sides were, what really stole the show was the meat that came in the rice bowl. It was simply, amazing. Juicy, thick, and full of flavor. I ordered the bowl with the sweet and spicy sauce and it was full of complex flavors with the sweetest kick. The sauce, paired with the fattiness of the pork, was outstanding.

I really do recommend this place, especially if you are craving some hearty meat. I just hope that the place is cleaner during your visit than it was...

この店は、メインの食事＋追加でお惣菜食べ放題（バイキング方式）を500円くらいで付ける事が出来る。

お惣菜食べ放題（バイキング）の「北海道産ブランド豚の角煮」が美味しそうだったのでこれを付けて取りに行くと、11時少し過ぎ（開店間もない時間）に入店したのにすでに大根が数個とネギが汁の底に沈んだくらいしかなかった。

店員は何で減り具合をを確認しないのか？総菜をバイキングにしておいて昼時なんだから小まめにチェックしないといかんだろ。お惣菜は減っていないかとか、周辺が汚れていないかとか。

お惣菜の補充も無いし（店員に補充を要求するのも面倒）、またバイキングコーナーも狭い（同時に2人くらいしか取れない）ため客が並んでしまい、やっと空いたと思って取りに行くと何も残ってなくストレスだった。

余談だが バイキングコーナーが空かないので席から見ていると、よく食べそうな女性（おしゃかわテディさんクラス）が繰り返し取りに行っており、このテディさんが行くたびにどの総菜を取るかで5分くらい迷って場所を占領しているため、余計に後ろに人が並んでしまっていることが分かったので、『おまえが原因かっ！食いすぎ何だよっ...

日曜日の17時頃に、十勝豚丼安くなってるみたいだったので、前から気になっていたのもあって思い切って入ってみました。㐂久好きくよしって読むんですね。読めねー。

注文はタブレット方式。蕎麦も食べたかったのですが、ここは初心完徹で豚丼の思い切って「松」にし、大盛は+100円なので我慢したんですが、ご一緒にザンギはいかが？ とか、ソフトクリームも安いよ。という表記に負けて注文してました。
