Was on my way to the train museum but decided to check the place out when my train went past AEON Lake-town.
Terribly pleased with our choice to make the U-Turn. Didn’t realised it was the biggest Shopping Mall in the whole of Japan until I read it in Google.Essentially it comprises of three massive buildings which offers an Outlet called Laketown Outlet.
The AEON Mall has loads of F&B to choose from, a Cinema and Tatsuya (my favourite bookstore).
Clean, Bright and spacious and plenty of choices, are words I would use to describe this massive complex.
Convenient to get to my train with ample parking for those who want to drive there.
Will certainly recommend anyone and everyone to visit… I give it a 5...
Read moreThis Aeon Mori mall is quite unique as it also has an outlet and another Aeon mall (kaze) adjacent to it. It is massive as other reviewers mentioned, lot of restaurants and shops inside and you can easily spend an entire day inside. Most shops are bigger in size compare to the shops of the same brand in Tokyo. It is a little out of the way when you come from Tokyo, but it is not as crowded compare to other malls in Tokyo or other large cities in Japan. I recommend this place...

The notable tenant here is most definitely the Aeon supermarket on the first floor where you can find many unique merchandise, especially food items such as snacks and affordable bento boxes and other ready to eat meal items. You can easily spend several hours just exploring this section alone. It's interconnected with other sections and you'll definitely walk thousands...
