Kura Sushi Koshigaya Lake Town — Restaurant in Koshigaya

Very unpleasant for foreigners. My husband and I went there for our first sushi experience. My Aussie friend said they ate at Kurashushi restaurants in different cities. They said that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the employees of this koshigaya laketown restaurant saw that we were in trouble and could not understand. They work like blind men. I feel very disappointed. I walked a long way there but very happily. But we waited a long time and watched others do the procedure and imitate them. The food is delicious but the staff is very poor minded. Very disappointed. in my country if anyone saw someone need help the do that definitely. that is humanity. I want to eat sushi, but never go there because the staff is unpleasant. if you don't like foreigners Put up the notice board "locals only" then we never come inside. i wish you guys god bless because i'm not your type of...

Kura Sushi Laketown is one of my favorite 100 yen sushi restaurants.

This location is always busy during weekends so reservations are highly recommended. Otherwise, the waiting time is at least 45-60 minutes.

We always come here for lunch when we shop at Laketown outlet mall.

I liked the weekday tempura rice bowl the best. It is cheap with plenty of seafood. The dessert menu is also great. I have tried many of the items and they were delicious.

1 stars only because my daughter likes this place. The sushi on the bottom belt had a hole for the finger to lift the tray. I saw kids coughing directly in the hole because their faces are in front of this. When I ordered sushi, it wasn't cold from being freshly cut. They just take sushi that's already on the bottom belt and send it to you. It was warm, with a slightly bad taste right before you have to throw the sushi away. Will never go back...
