One of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life. The owner is a lovely gentleman with a passion for food who imports all Italian ingredients except for the mozzarella which they make in house from milk sourced locally from a nearby village.

The head chef studied in Italy for 5 years and brought back his skills to make this incredible pizza. The dough is a perfect iteration of Neapolitan pizza. With the right thickness and fluffy crust which is just crunchy enough to enjoy fully. All the ingredients were top class, down to the olive oil.

Cozy Italian restaurant with full view of kitchen. The chefs take pride in their dishes as the food was delicious. Had the margherita pizza and several house wines, which was amazing. Not the cheapest (around 1,700 Yen per pizza) or the largest pizza, but quality was excellent - almost sourdough feel to the crust but not too bready - and a good nearby option if you want a quick lunch before/after visiting the castle...
