Kumamoto Food Stall Village — Restaurant in Kumamoto

I am disappointed about rude service of young guy chef at 焼き鳥 restaurant. We are his only customer at stall and we ordered food. While waiting, I saw beside has sake machines, I bought a cup of sake and I brought into stall. He yelled loudly RULE! LEAVE LEAVE LEAVE very angrily! I was shocked as there is no sign of NO OUTSIDE FOOD. I went outside the stall to finish my sake (just a few slips). He still shouted LEAVE LEAVE! My family told him, I am OUTSIDE STALL already so stop shouting asking to LEAVE. He keep quiet and I finished my sake and went back in to eat.

Such a rude encounter in Japan. He should have talk in a polite way and I can accept instead of shouting LEAVE. I will suggest to have 1 paper write NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK and at sake counter STAND & FINISH to stop such nonsense scolding of...

Enjoyed several orders of black pepper fried chicken with six Suntory Highball from Kumamoto Yatai Atsumura Fried Chicken . Customer service was Excellent. A great dinning place with many food options.

Poor quality of food: don’t order sushi or sashimi. Fish was not fresh, salmon sushi had a thick skin layer, octopus sashimi were not the standard proper slices but a few tentacle ends. Sashimi plate was supposed to have 5 kinds of fish, but instead we got red caviar floating in caviar juice (far from being fresh) and small octopus tentacles to compensate for the lack of fish.
