My first CoCo Curry experience! I saw this shop in Osaka, then in Takeo Onsen, but didn’t think they served vegetarian curry, so I never went in. I recently read somewhere that this is Japan’s #1 fast food restaurant, so I looked at their menu online, and lo and behold they have vegetarian curry (made with no animal protein). We tried the vegetable curry, level 5 spice and it had a nice kick to it. It had a nice black pepper flavor, green beans, carrots, potatoes and that’s about it. Service was friendly and efficient. They have Kirin in the can and on draft. Kirin is ok, not great, but whatever. It goes well with the curry. I would...

It's pretty hard to find any decent vegetarian let alone vegan food in Japan but this restaurant made my day! You use a tablet for ordering. You can change the menu to English. They have a good variety of veg. Curry options and it was super delicious! But be careful with the spice levels! I had 3/20 at it was close to my limit and I like...
