Burger chains don't have to be bad. There are plenty of good burger chains. In fact two of my top five burgers of all time come from a fast food burger chain and generic restaurant chain. But Freshness burger is no where close. Bad fries. Undercooked and raw this last visit. Everything is overpriced for what it is, what's the point of fast food chain if it's nearly as expensive as the much much better stand alone burger shops.

So I get their signature burger, the Freshness burger, wow, it's like a burger for a doll house. 4 bites and it's done. The bun was like biting into a sponge. I got L size onion rings, 6 entire rings?! I'm flattered. What does m size get you 4?!

My wife got the avacado burger which she enjoyed far more than mine. But her fries were terrible. I mean... Why have your signature burger the worst most embarrassing thing on your menu?

Just kinda funny, but we just wanted some water, and the cups they gave us were smaller than the spit cups you get at the dentist. Literally thimble size. Why even bother? Just spray some water in the air and maybe we can catch some in our mouths... Or I don't know, offer bottled...

Came at lunch time, short queue to order, has choices of Soy burgers as well as meat so Vegetarian friendly! The fries were chunky, hot and delicious and the burgers came fast and very tasty I took soy, husband took beef. Only issue is the avocado slid out of my bun but minor issue. The Okinawa taco beef burger was delicious, best burger I've had in Japan. Fresh lemonade was delicious. Would recommend for a quick tasty vegetarian friendly lunch. Decore is retro USA and the ceiling fans made it wonderfully...
