Fantastic Kumamoto local delicacies (vegetables, pickles, marinated dishes etc) and of course their famous babashi, or horse sashimi. We came for dinner and love the fact we can choose different cuts of horse and how many pieces. We got the skirt steak and loved the leanness and favours.
