We had breakfast at Hoshino Coffee (Sugawaramachi, Kumamoto) as part of our usual routine when in Japan. This time, we were a group of seven, and to our pleasant surprise, the staff arranged for us to be seated in a private room. That little touch of hospitality made a huge difference—allowing us to enjoy our morning meal in comfort and privacy, without feeling rushed or crowded.

The cozy interior and signature vintage charm that Hoshino Coffee is known for were present here too, with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We ordered our regulars—fluffy pancakes, thick-cut toast with boiled eggs, and, of course, their aromatic hand-drip coffee. Everything came out warm, fresh, and just the way we liked it.

Service was smooth and friendly, and even with a large group, everything was handled with care and attention. Definitely a great place to start your day in Kumamoto, especially if you’re traveling as a family...

Hoshino coffee is a chained restaurant located everywhere in Japan. They serve simple breakfast with coffee. The choices of breakfast are quite limited, mostly toast or fluffy pancakes. The toast are not soft enough, however the pancakes are fragrant and fluffy. Hot coffee is the best among all items, fruity and fragrant with strong taste of coffee. It is definitely my cup of coffee. The portion of the breakfast is rather small overall, but I would like to return here...

いつも 駐車場が満車状態の このお店。！！(゜ロ゜ノ)ノ

今回は お店が落ち着くであろう 15：30頃にお邪魔しました。

この日は 未だ未だ☀️夏の残暑が残る 🌀昼下がり( ﾟεﾟ；)💦

美味しく 🍹冷たい飲み物と 🍰甘いモノを求めての来店です。(^-^)/

🍰季節限定品🍨 🍰定番品🍨 数ある中で迷いましたが…😅

『🍌バナナカスタードブリュレの 🥞スフレパンケーキ』 ～🍨チョコアイス添え～ (🥤ドリンク付き》：￥1280を注文。

🥞パンケーキの方は 焼き上がりに15～20分程掛かると 事前説明あり(^○^)

先に 🥤ドリンク(☕アイスコーヒー》が 運ばれて来ました。

☕アイスコーヒー専用のカップ 表面が汗をかいてて… ❄キンキンに冷えている感じが 堪りません( =＾ω＾)

飲んでみると 程よい酸味♡と程よい苦味♡ スッキリ感が堪りません( ＾ω＾ )

暫くして 🥞パンケーキが運ばれてきて 早速🍴着手。(^o^)

添えられた🍌バナナは 🍌バナナの表面を砂糖をまぶし 軽く🔥炙ってあるので…(^ー^)

・表面はカリカリ ・中はバナナのシットリ感♡ 良いデスネェ！( ≧∀≦)ノ

あと掛けで 🍯メイプルシロップを 適量回し掛けして… メインの🥞パンケーキ(　＾∀＾)

メレンゲが 良い仕事をして フワフワの🥞パンケーキ( ≧∀≦)ノ 堪りません♡

横に添えある 🍨チョコアイスと絡めれば コリャどーし♡( 〃▽〃)

お皿に添えられた 🥜スライスナッツは 更なる😋食感を😊楽しめます🎵
