お隣のホテルを利用させていただいた際、ホテルの前のこちらの駐車場をご利用ください。と外にまで出てきていただいて案内された駐車場でしたが、朝車の元へ来たらここのパン屋さんのオーナー様でしょうか。こちらはウチの駐車場なので車に乗り込めないように嫌がらせさせていただきました。とショートカットの女店員から気分の悪いご説明。帰りに寄ろうと思っていたのに不愉快な旅行になりました。客に幅寄せしてキモいことするぐらいならホテル側に説明させるなりもっとわかりやすく駐車場にパン屋の名前入れるなりしたらどうでしょうか？初めての旅先でここに停めてくださいと言われ、文句言われるのは不愉快でなりません。

どの種類も美味しくて😋 翌日も買いに、ブラインドが下がりcloseになっていましたが、下から覗くと気が付いてくれて開けてくれました😄 冷やしても美味しいクリームパン、本当に美味しかったです、カレーパンもおまけして頂いて、3日間楽しませてもらいました、旅行中だったので、また草津に行った際には伺わせて貰います。 有難うございました、ご馳走さま✨

Lovely little Japanese bakery with very reasonable prices! We tried their Anpan (filled with cream and red bean paste), Shokupan and Apple Pie. They all went absolutely gorgeous together to our coffee. Very recommended if you would like to try out some...

何人かの方が書いていますが、無愛想というか接客かつ飲食に向いていないスタッフが一人いる。 11/10朝訪問、黒と金髪の変わった髪型をしている女性がいましたが入店するも挨拶なし。 注文しようとするもこちらを一切見ないで後ろ向いてパン詰め作業。 「注文いいですか？」とこちらから声かけましたが、返事ないままだるそうに注文受付。 １つずつパンの名前言ってくも返事がないので聞こえてるか分からず。 ちゃんと聞こえてたそうで、お会計になりましたが声小さくボソボソ。 しかも帽子かぶってますが、肩より下の長さの毛がほとんど出てて、しかも髪で目まで覆われていて顔もよくわからず。 私の後に来た女性客に対しても同じ対応で「すみませーん」と言われてましたが最初は無視。 もう一度その方が声かけて、ようやく振り返って返事しないままだるそうにオーダーうけてました。 味に関しては、パンは特段美味しいという訳ではない。 コーヒーにも拘りがあると書いていますが、コンビニに置いてあるようなマシーンで自分で淹れるやつでセブンの方が美味しかったです。 評価が高いだけに残念。 草津旅行行く前から楽しみにしてたのに朝から気分悪かったです。...
