This is the place where you can watch the traditional Yumomi Ritual and Chanting performed by the Kusatsu Yumomi Maidens. The whole experience is about 15-20 minutes long, and is paid with cash only before entering the facility. There are two floors for viewing--the top floor will give you a better overhead angle of all of the movements and water-launching, but the bottom floor has more engaging views and a more personalized experience. Information about Yumomi is available in/around the building, and throughout the town. Photos and Videos allowed, and overall it is a very fun, interesting, and engaging experience. Kids will love the water launching they do, but overall it is a very simple, yet fun, experience!
