Me and my boyfriend came to Kusatsu to stay at a ryokan and get the onsen experience. After a long day of exploring the city and skiing we were craving Ramen! Y’all this joint was it!! If you don’t go here while you are in kusatsu you are missing out.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed by the chef and staff.
The food came out quickly. We ordered the karage and ramen with soy combo. The karage came 3 different ways. It was so crispy, tender and flavorful. The ramen was fire!! Broth was rich and noodles were al dente. Even the pickled cucumber was great! Everything was super intentional and made with love!
A definite must try if you are in kusatsu!!
Another plus is that it’s in a different section of town that a lot of the visitors aren’t by. We were seated right a way! And it was nice to not be fighting the crowds.
