Took a 15-20 minute walk from the bus station with very heavy luggage to grab a flat white. Ended up waiting for around an hour to return frustrated. Never returning here; I advise that everyone think twice before visiting this relatively far-off shop.
Having an unannounced break is one thing I can understand - I arrived at 1:15pm but decided to wait until the shop reopens at 2pm. The interior looked really nice, I was willing to take a chance.
But not opening at the proposed time is just unacceptable despite the apparent lack of coffee choices in this town. No amount of "great" coffee can be an excuse. We were NOT the only people to be frustrated in the course of the hour. At least...

We ordered a honey latte and an almond latte (both hot) and they were just perfectly smooth and delicious. Absolutely recommended!
