Graubunden — Restaurant in Kutchan

I can't say enough positive things about Graubunden. It's green season so there's not too much open or many people around but I would frequent this place again and again regardless. We visited Saturday morning and thoroughly enjoyed the Graubunden Special sandwiche, almond latte, bacon and egg sandwich and our boys each got a berry croffle. We also shared a chocolate croissant and my heavens, every bite of all of it was delicious! The staff was kind and thoughtful. The atmosphere was light and fun. We decided to go one more time on our last morning in town and I'm so glad we did. I got the special again, but we switched it up with the BLT and cream cheese bagel and the boys insisted on splitting a croffle again it was that good. We highly recommend it and hope to come...

Extremely cozy and lovely cafe. They recently started offering dinner after only having breakfast and lunch, and it's a good thing they did! The food they offer so far for dinner is incredible, and I'm excited to see what other masterpieces they create. This cafe is owned and operated by a very talented family. The view from the Cafe is beautiful because of Mt Yotei looming over it and the staff are very kind but to think about how expensive the food and drinks are ( 800yen for a less then half full corn soup) this cafe wasn't even near our favourites. By paying lots of money for a simple snack you would expect the surroundings and the tables to be clean but no, the tables are all covered in old food scraps, sticky substances and the bushes are overflowing with not leaves but...
