Nice dîner! New restaurant. Really fresh fish made in front of you. I tasted so many new fish and it was wonderful. t's a fixed discovery menu. It's excellent, but too pricey for what you get, knowing you cannot choose an item (some was not in my taste but you cannot change) 30 000 yen minimum. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's too expensive.

Wow was not expecting this cute little sushi counter in Niseko. Extremely well entire menu, with great preperation. I loved everything they provided and the same pairings were spot on. First time having mantis shrimp. Would Attend again asap.

Incredible experience! Amazing staff! The shrimp was out of this world! The tuna and scallop were very very good! The ginger was maybe the best I ever had! Would definitely recommend!
