DELICIOUS. Wow was I impressed this place deserves closed to a 5 star rating, so often tonkotsu can be too salty or even undersalted but my was this broth verging perfect-so delicious. The pork belling was melt in the mouthy and the noodles (although slightly harder than I’m used too) were perfect. I enjoyed every aspect and was so full I couldn’t finish.
