Tentenyu serves up only one kind of ramen, a classic Chinese-inspired shoyu ramen, however, you can customize the noodle hardness, soup strength, green onions, and you can even ask for a heavy broth version.
I ordered a regular chashu ramen with an onsen (lightly-boiled) egg, as I wanted something lighter after my lunch ramen for only 800¥. They offer up to double the size, but the regular size was plenty. The chashu was soft and fatty, complementing the smooth, medium soup. The thin noodles were a good firmness, though I'd ask for something softer next time. The onsen egg was the real winner, melting deliciously into the soup.
