We found this place by chance, we thought it was close it was so quiet. We had the place of ourselves for 45 minutes before more patrons trickled in. The ambiance was amazing, moody, jazz music, nice lighting. The bartender was an apprentice from Korea. He took the time to explain to us all the drinks and discussed with us his life in Japan. We had the tiramisu martini, the match din and tonic and the drink with Parmesan and they were some of the best drinks we have ever had. Our visit to CRAFT last night was up there with the best bar and cocktail experiences my wife and I have ever had. The bar is cozy and very calming, and the cocktails were delicious, expertly made, and with such care by the very sweet bartender. I made an audible involuntary moan after my first sip of the matcha old fashioned (awkward, lol), and told the bartender it was my favorite cocktail ever.
