Friendly service and good food. There is no English menu but the staff knows enough English so that you can order. My two children even got a special little treat after they finished lunch. We ordered udon, ramen and fried chicken for the kids. Smoking is allowed inside.

This was the best experience of local restaurant in Kyoto, welcoming and warm place, with good local food with cheap price. The waiter was a big fan of Demon Slayer and he even put the film Mugen Train as soon he noticed we were fan

Nice little restaurant with a lot of things around for kids and adults to check out. Food is normal, good price. I would recommend it for a quick lunch to recharge. Service was excellent and friendly. Thanks again

Buena comida y servicio. No es el típico lugar para turistas, lo que es algo bueno en mi opinión, aunque sí que cuentan con carta en inglés. Tiene comida típica: ramen, yakisoba, tonkatsu, omerice, curry, ... Precios normales para Japón, unos 700¥ por un plato y 1000¥ por el menú. De manera gratuita te sirven agua o té. El local no es muy grande, y las mesas son para dos, por lo que para grupos numerosos puede no ser lo más indicado, aunque si no os importa sentaros separados, la comida vale la pena. En resumen, muy satisfechos con la visita, y altamente recomendable si estás cerca del Ryōanji y buscas un buen sitio donde comer.

One of the more family friendly restaurants we've been to. Few places have kids cups and plates, in our experience. Reasonably priced food and a staff that speaks pretty good English. We are going back.

The curry we had was absolutely delicious, so fresh and flavorful. The menu includes basic phrases in English and Japanese so communication is not an issue. The prices were affordable.
