Smile Star — Restaurant in Kyoto

Randomly stumbled into this restaurant after a quite long hike. Got me some tasty sandwiches and they were incredibly good, hot and really savory for what were basically just sandwiches. The atmosphere resemled a fun american diner and brought such a nice vibe. My highlight though were the personel, they were incredibly engaging, talkative and helpful and showed me a lot of intersting locations that I wasn't aware of, espcecially during this toruist high-season. The best burger around the area. They are always very kind, talkative and their selection is just awesome. The fries also very tasty and the hamburgers are great. They have a big selection of sides and another mains, drinks coffee, tea etc. we go there...

墨染駅から結構すぐのところにあるハンバーガーが美味しいお店！ ランチでハンバーガーと山盛りのポテト、ドリンクを頼んでぴったり1000円でした。 ハンバーガーはふかふかのバンズとジューシーなパテとベーコン、瑞々しいレタスというThe王道！という感じで満足感がすごかったです。 めちゃくちゃ美味しい。 ポテトの写真は撮り忘れちゃいましたが、カリカリのポテトと、スマイルポテトが選べました！ カリカリの方を注文すると、山盛りのポテトが…（笑） カリカリのポテトはフレーバーも塩含め5種類ほどから選べましたよ！ 食べきれなかったら袋に入れて持ち帰れるようにしてくれるそうなのですが、パクパク食べてたらいつの間にか完食。ハンバーガーと合わせてちょうどいい感じに満腹になりました！

斜め前が保育園、横が公園という立地で、おしゃかわなお店がいきなり現れるのでびっくりします。 店内には小さなお子様が安心して座れる背の低いテーブルや椅子も用意されているので、お子様連れてのランチにも人気なんだろうなぁ… テイクアウトもやっているそうなので、天気がいい日にはテイクアウトしてお隣の公園でぷちピクニックなんかにも良さそう～！ 帰り際に裏にメッセージを書いてくださっているショップカードと、カイロをいただきました。 初めての来店でしたが、めちゃくちゃ心が温まるお店だったので...
