This seems to be a local store owned and ran by an older lady who is very kind and very helpful.

A lot of restaurants definitely present themselves from the outside and inside a lot better but give it a go because you won't regret it.

It is open from 8 30am till 8 30pm as of writing this review fyi.

When ordering, write your order menu number with the price on a piece of paper and hand it to her for your order.

I don't even know what I got personally, I took a gamble and wrote down a number and waited for it to come. I included a photo. The food I had was bloody good, easily high end restaurant quality in flavours and the other meals I saw come out looked similar.

A hidden gem close to the station! It's definitely a must-go! We went there after seeing the reviews and we were very happy that we did so. We had the #4 (noodles) and #9 (fried tofu) and we loved them so much that we switched plates between us so that we could try everything. There is an English menu where you could pick from and with the corresponding prices. All you have to do is to write down the number and the amount stated in the menu, and the owner will soon start cooking your dish. The owner was extremely cheerful and very kind to us, despite not knowing much English. We got some rice crackers at the end and we attempted to have a conversation (mimicking and poor Japnese skills from my end involved).

Randomly came across this tiny restaurant after my husband and I visited a place nearby. I love how local it felt. The lovely lady run the restaurant and prepared the food herself. I have traveled around the world and this place has the tastiest tofu I've had! The place looks worn out but has it's own charm. It's homey instead of fancy. And the lady takes pride in everything she serves. It's very affordable too. We ordered the Tofu set, Ramen and the Pork Rice Bowl. We also asked for 2 beers.
