The bar in Tenjin restaurant turned down me to serve drinks. They said to me they would accept guests for free flow drinks only.
One of the reason I come to stay here is to try the signature cocktails they are boasting on their webpage. I relied on the informations from it and made my plan to visit. But I can not have the famous cocktail in the evening while I am staying.
They didn’t make any advanced notices. The staffs at the Tenjin didn’t even apologize for the unexpected changes. From my point of view, one of the purposes of the bars in the hotels is to serve for the inhouse guests, isn’t it?
I always visit a bar when I am staying at the hotels, but this is the first time I can not have a single drink because of the “free flow promotion only”. I thought Roku Kyoto was wonderful hotel in every way, but this make me to think otherwise.
