TUKTUK — Restaurant in Kyoto

I want to tell all the customers about this restaurant owner, an old woman but money is never enough for her. She opened a restaurant 3-4 times and what she did was a stupid thing, customers drank 4 glasses of wine, she charged 6 glasses or even doubled it 8 glasses and the menu said 800y she charged 950y . She probably thinks that customers don't pay much attention and can count how much they order. This restaurant relocated from downtown two months ago. The food is delicious and authentic. The new space is large and the kitchen is clean. The staff is very nice and polite. Service is also prompt - food came out quickly. My one nit is that the placemats were really dirty. Perhaps they came from the old location, but I'm not sure. Either way, it's not a big cost to have clean placemats so it made me worry. We would definitely order again because the flavors are delicious, however perhaps takeout...
