僕はお寿司と天ぷらのセット妻はうどんと海鮮丼のセット次女は豚丼のセットを注文しました😊 とても上品で豚丼の臭みをなく。全体的によかったです。残念だったのは、寿司のシャリが崩れ気味…でも口の中にいれるとすぐにほぐれて回転寿司よりも好きかもしれません。あと、デザートですがとても綺麗に盛り付けていて子供は喜んでくれたのは良かったですが、ちょっと時間、かかりすぎかな… 和食さと　さんはアイテム数が尋常な数なので大変だと思いますが、美味しい食事を続けてください。四国も出店してくれると嬉しいです😊

お正月に家族で行きました、お正月でお客様も多い中落ち着いた丁寧な接客対応をして頂き久しぶりに会う家族と楽しくゆっくりご飯が食べれました！プレミアムすき焼きコースをいただきました！すき焼き意外にもお寿司や天ぷらたくさん頂けて食べ盛りの子供たちも大満足でした！美味しかったです！ご馳走様でした、そしてお店で働く方々お疲れ様でした！ありがとうございました！

幼児の孫も一緒にと思い、ゆったりとした座敷で食事がしたかったのでこちらを予約しました。大人８名でも余裕なほど広くお鍋も２セット設置されていたので思った以上に寛ぐ事が出来ました。料理もしゃぶしゃぶの食べ放題コースでお腹一杯でみんな満足出来ました。また、店員のお姉さんも丁寧に対応して頂けたので大変有り難く孫も大喜びでした。

コロナ禍影響が根強いか。。とは言え早3年。それにしては、、といった印象。

入店するも、スタッフは誰も対応に出て来ず、レジの呼び出しベルを何度か鳴らしてやっと。出てきた女性スタッフに、こちらが何度か呼んだことを指摘すると、お待たせして…の一言も無く開口一番「こっちも人手が足りて無いんです。お料理の提供も遅くなりますのでご理解くださいね。」と逆ギレ。驚き(笑) いや、店ガラガラやん、どんだけ？笑

実際、ランチのピークも過ぎた15時頃で店内もガラガラにも関わらず料理は30分以上待ちました。しかも提供された魚は冷えていて、「え、いつ調理したやつ？」状態。

対応の悪さだけでなく、お料理のクオリティの低さも少々目に余るお店でした。

最後にデザートも頼みましたが、小さいパフェ4つにこれもまた...

良く昼食時や夕食時に訪れています。国道1号線沿いで立地条件は抜群ですね。

金曜日の夕食時でしたがそれ程混んでも居なくてでしたけど入店後の誘導に若干難があるのかな？

人数チケットを取って操作しましたが、コチラから声掛けするまで店員さんから声は掛からずだったので、混雑時間でも無かったしホールの店員さんの数が少なかったのかも。

ロボット配膳の運搬導線の為なのか？窓側ボックス席はガラ空きで中程ボックス席に案内されましたが窓側ボックス席に移動。

天丼（無料のご飯大盛り）味噌汁＆茶碗蒸しセットを注文。

何時もの様に美味しかったです。

但し、夕食混雑時でも無くて（19時過ぎ）で人件費削減なのか？ホールの店員さん案内＆レジせめて4人は欲しい所。休日は人居るんだろうけど。...
