もり一 松戸東口店 — Restaurant in Matsudo

My favourite conveyor belt rotation sushi bar franchise outlet. I like going another branch sushi restaurant in Jinbocho, Tokyo, too. They are in a good sense, cheap and casual, and the staff and chefs are generally very friendly and efficient. As a matter of the recent fact, they being a most inexpensive rotation sushi restaurant is a bit shaking with the recent price rises, but yet my loyalty is unshaken, yet.

What I like about Maruichi are: Menus are mostly staying basic but they are always making some subtle challenges and differences in dish designs which I cannot resist to pick up dishes I get interested in. They use “Aka-shari”, red vinegar flavoured sushi rice, I like the idea and flavour very much. Their dish colour pricing system is very simple (one price only, so no colour difference needed actually) to calculate so tend to eat quick and more… The sushi chefs are also flexible but basic towards the customer’s order, like they never make an easier Temaki-sushi when they get a nori-sheet roll dish order unless explicitly asked to make temaki rolls. I like pro-made rolls sushi. Generally, the sushi dishes tastes pretty good and stable as a conveyor belt sushi...

This restaurant seems to serve a more local crowd. There is a menu in English and the staff will help you order the food for you, but it is clearly not meant to serve foreign customers. There isn't much variety on the menu, but everything is inexpensive. Plus, all seating is located around the conveyor belt so it is not too good for big groups. 最悪の接客です。 職人さんに馬鹿にされました。

注文した品が来なくて、隣の職人さんが流れてるのもとってくださいね～とかなり沢山仰ってたので、仕方なく回ってるレーンから注文した品のお皿を取ろうとしました。 すると｢今〇〇作ってるから｣とちょっと怒られる感じで言われて、最初の10分くらいは待ちました。 それでも出てこないので仕方なく、別の品を注文。 それは30秒くらいで出てきました。

次に、エビアボカドという軍艦のお寿司を頼んだのですが｢中巻？｣と聞かれたのでよく分からず、とっさに｢はい｣と返事をしました。 すると｢テキトーかよ（笑）｣｢な（笑）｣と、注文を受けてくれた方と隣の方とで馬鹿にされました。

実際食べてみると、生エビ使用と書いてあるエビアボカドとは違い（そもそも軍艦が中巻な時点で違うけど）、ボイルのエビとアボカドの入ったものでした。 確かに巻物のところにアボカド巻きはあるのですが、私が頼んだのはエビアボカドなのに…しかもなんで馬鹿にするように嘲笑うのか。 昔からよく来ていた店だけにショックでした。

気分が落ち込んでとりあえずお茶を飲んで友達にメールしていると、｢〇〇できましたけど｣と聞かれました。 〇〇は朝一番に注文したとき、そのネタはないって言われた奴だったんですが、もう食べる気もここに来る気もなくなっていたので｢結構です｣と断ると、｢ハイ、要らないみたいでーす（笑）｣とまた隣の職人さんと笑い合っていました。

本当に傷ついたのですぐに店を出ました。 一応店長さんにお話しましたが、その人もただヘラヘラ笑って｢いやぁ～すみませんねぇ～（笑）ちゃんと注意しておきますねぇ～！（笑）｣って感じで全然重大に受け止めてくれなかったので、もう来ることはないなと思いました。

たまに来る程度ではありましたが、学生時代から長く贔屓にしていただけに本当に悲し...
