The only vegan place in Matsue, and the food is great! Soy based meat was awesome. The owner, Tomo san is a really kind and humble person. He understands English and suggested some other places where I could find some vegan options. Although they are opened till 4 pm only, he even offered to prepare a Bento box dinner for me if I place order by 4 pm. That was a life saver for my 1 week in Matsue.
