Greens baby is a little gem of a restaurant close to the castle in Matsue City. They try their best to be unique and to also offer foreign dishes as well as healthy meals.
I frequent this restaurant for two things: burritos and tacos (everyone who lives here knows that finding Mexican food in this area is close to impossible).
Honestly, the taste isn't perfect. When I first tasted their burritos I said to myself, "these things are too healthy! Not enough 'unhealthiness! They're not real burritos!", But the taste had grown on me since then.
The atmosphere is really nice. I've never been here during rush hour, so I don't know how packed it gets.
Parking is out of the way, and asking the main street. But it's not too far as to be inconvenient. Plus, it's free.
The restroom is clean, but the ceiling is a little low.
Prices are reasonable and the size is good. Maybe I've been in Japan too long, but the burritos filled me up well enough so that I feel good and no longer hungry (but not American sized full, of course).

Read moreThis place is a nice small restaurant, they serve japanese curry and others dishes and also they have a salad bar an a soupe of the day. They also serve local matsue beer (7 of them !!). The place is nice and cosy, there is also a free wifi.
The owner, Kashi is a really nice guy, he tried his best to talk english with us :)
On a map he shown us a lot of good places for sightseeing, take a drink and eat , he also lend us two bikes for the days for free !
