My go-to pub in Matsumoto City for a quiet fuss-free pint. They have rotating craft beers on tap, which is a plus. Whether you're there with a friend or two, in a group, or want to be left alone in a corner with your drink, this place just feels like home.

We were looking forward to spending time and money at this establishment. We arrived and were told the only place we could drink and eat at was around a wine barrel, standing only. When I pointed out there were table's empty inside we were told 👎. I have never been so insulted in my life and I believe they were very racist and very clear Europeans are...

A little expensive, but it's right in front of the station, so that's to be expected. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I haven't tasted the food. They have a decent selection of whisky and beers, and a few more mixers, and that's really all I need. You can get a pint of asahi for less than 900 yen, so that's...

Had a happy pint previous night. Well half a pint in a pint glass with a vicars collar that was sooo big! Then last night popped in for a pint but was told they were fully booked. This was at 1800 but they would have space at 1930. Only two tables were occupied?!??! Go figure....
