It was a really bad experience at this ramen restaurant on July 2023. Poor attitude of the clerk. He was forcing me siting a place that need to remove my shoes while I was wearing a short dress and there were plenty of space for sitting. Moreover, there was no sufficient space for placing the shoes. He was then stepped my shoes several time without apology.

For the food, the soup of ramen was like an instant noodle soup, nothing special at all. The quality of the food was very very poor. The boss did not hire staff for helping, only the one clerk was taking the order and making the ramen.

Nice creamy and tasty tonkotsu white broth, but not too rich. I'm not a big fan of very thin noodles, but here there enough broth so you can spread them out before taking a bite. 松本駅前の花時計公園へ向かう飲食店通りにお店があります。 松本駅周辺のラーメン屋では駅にかなり近いラーメン屋の1つです。 店内は狭めですがテーブル席と小上がり席、カウンターが6席程あります。 狼煙は駅から離れた元町店を本店とし、諏訪店と3店舗構えるラーメン屋です。

マイルドながら博多･長浜ラーメンのようなさらっとした細麺豚骨のラーメンをいただけます。 麺は博多ラーメンのような細麺より少しだけ太く感じます、定番ですが注文時に固さが選べます。 スープは、良く言えば品があってマイルドでクセがない、悪く言えば薄くて旨味などのパンチがない、と考えます。 16時間煮込まれるという豚骨スープはサラサラとしたタイプですが、博多ラーメンのような豚骨特有の匂いはほとんどなく、あっさりしています。 デフォルトで塩味は控えめなので、普段ジャンクなラーメンではないものを好む方にはハマる一杯かもしれません。 個人的には豚骨感が少なめで、丸すぎる印象を受けますが、これはこれでアリかなとも思います。 卓上には紅ショウガや辛もやし、丸ニンニクがあり、定番の高菜はトッピング注文になりますが、辛もやしが結構辛めなので代用できるのかなとも思います。 気になる点としては、量が軽めなので普通くらい食べる方でも替え玉は食べられると思いますが、ラーメン丼が底に向けて細くなっているため、スープがかなり少ないです。 あまりスープを飲まないにしても替え玉1回が限界なのかなという量だと感じました。 替え玉ありきのラーメンで1玉160円というなかなかな値段ですし、ニンニクも芽が伸びているものばかりで残念でした。 ただし、立地がとてもよく、夜遅くまで営業されており、席数もそれなりにあり、ライトなラーメンなので締めの1杯等には使いやすいお店です。 松本市では博多ラーメンのような細麺豚骨ラーメンを提供するお店が少ないので、そういう意味では...
