I was trying to get ramen about 7:30 pm and this was the only place available around Matsumoto station with almost no waiting line. Ramen was good and served in big portions. I got the super spicy special pork ramen (which wasn't that spicy, but very delicious). I also got a large beer that was cold as ice. The staff was kind and caring, even though they don't speak English, so it may be hard to communicate if you don't speak Japanese. Very good ramen...

They have 100% buckwheat noodles (gluten free) but the broth probably has soy sauce, so this place is not “gluten free” friendly for people with celiac or similarly intense dietary restrictions. That said, as someone who is “gluten intolerant”, these were some of the best GF ramen noodles I’ve had in Japan.
