In order to preserve this traditional house (machiya) that has survived world war II, the owner opened this cozy cafĆ©. It has a nice retro vibe and you can learn a lot about the l house and its garden, history and culture from the very friendly host. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming like a friendās living room.
