よかった！Great burger find in Matsumoto.

I drove. About a 5 minute drive from the station, so it might be a 15-20 minute walk from there. Worth the trip if you are jonesing for a delicious hand-made burger!

Staff are awesome. So kind and considerate and you can tell they enjoy working there. It’s a great thing when we are in a state of everyone finding it hard to keep places staffed.

Art on the boards are amazing. It’s got true “burgerance” - new word - Google, are you listening? Burger Ambience at its best !

Not sure if they have any menus in English, but I think they will be able to explain it easily enough. Pretty straightforward with maybe 10 different burger types.

Each order comes with an appetizer salad. Burger comes with fries which they make fresh themselves feom the raw potato!

I saw the customers next to me also get ice-cream when they finished, so when I was done I told the staff I was ready for mine. BUT it’s only for the ladies! I laughed. No problem.

They also have some great two-person, ladies-only special that I didn’t pay much attention to, but I noticed a few two-lady parties while I was there. Great marketing!

I got the cheese burger which had three kinds of gooey, delicious types of cheese. I only wished I I’d also added some slices of onion. Next time I’ll go for the chili burger. Yea, I’ll be back!

Oh, water and other condiments are self serve. I didn’t know it at first, so I asked for ketchup near the end of my meal thinking it might have been rude to ask for a condiments rather than eating it as they served it. The server happily brought it and explained they are self-serve so if I want more, feel free to get more as I wished. There is a table with American Heinz ketchup and mustard. Never noticed it as I enters. Next time I’ll know and be the OG of burgers…

I’ve been looking for a great burger place with a diner vibe and found Grill B’s online, so I went there to eat dinner.
