■駅直結で便利！安定の美味しさ「おおぼし 松本駅ビル店」

松本駅ビル「MIDORI」内にあるラーメン屋さん。駅改札から徒歩1〜2分とアクセス抜群で、電車の待ち時間にも立ち寄りやすい便利な立地です。

この日はランチタイムのピークに訪れましたが、店内の回転が早く、数組待っていたもののスムーズに席へ案内してもらえました。待ち時間が長すぎないのは嬉しいポイントです。

看板メニューの「信州味噌ラーメン」は、コクのある味噌スープと太めのもちもち麺が相性抜群。トッピングのもやしやキャベツのシャキシャキ感も良く、最後まで飽きずに楽しめます。信州らしく味噌の風味がしっかり感じられるのが特徴で、地元の味を楽しみたい方にもおすすめ。

唐揚げやチャーハンのセットメニューもあり、がっつり食べたいときにも大満足。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で気持ちよく食事ができました。

■Great Location Right by the Station – Delicious Ramen at Ōboshi Matsumoto Station Store

Located inside the MIDORI shopping building directly connected to Matsumoto Station, Ōboshi is a super convenient spot—just a 1 to 2-minute walk from the ticket gates. It’s perfect for grabbing a quick meal while waiting for your train.

I visited during the busy lunch rush, and although there were several groups ahead of me, the turnover was fast and I was seated surprisingly smoothly without a long wait. The efficient service was much appreciated.

The signature dish, Shinshu Miso Ramen, features rich, flavorful miso-based broth paired with thick, chewy noodles. The fresh, crunchy bean sprouts and cabbage on top add a nice texture, making the bowl enjoyable right to the last bite. The use of local Shinshu miso gives it a distinctive taste that’s well worth trying if you’re in the area.

They also offer set menus with fried chicken or fried rice—great if you’re feeling extra hungry. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience pleasant from start to finish.

Tasty and unpretentious ramen perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. The broth was silky and rich without being overpowering. The noodles were boiled al dente and the pork was tender. The gyoza was cooked and seasoned well and makes for a great accompaniment to your ramen. Staff is patient and welcoming...

Great ramen, right in front of the station. There were a few variations to choose from which was nice. The soup was well balanced and noodles were cooked perfectly. Gyoza were tasty and crispy :)
