Tremani — Restaurant in Matsumoto

We went there at 9pm and it wasn’t super busy. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pastas for the 4 of us. The waitress did tell us upon ordering that all of the food would come out at different times. What we didn’t expect was how big that time gap was. My husband got his pasta first (about 15 min after ordering). My pasta came another 15 min later by which time he had already finished eating. Our kids waited another 30 min before their pizzas finally came. It was odd and annoying. An hour for two basic pizzas was mystifying. The food was just ok. There was a 400 yen per person table charge which I have not seen before. Not sure what that’s for when we all ordered meals and drinks. 13,000+ yen was way too much for such...

We had 4 dishes on our visit - two of which came out undercooked and the risotto was undercooked to the point of being crunchy, and the cream sauce was watery. The pizza had nice toppings but was oily and soggy.

Our dishes came out at vastly different time points so each person was finished before the next was served, or they waited and the food went completely cold.

I would not recommend it, having had Italian in Italy and several other countries I can safely say this was not...

The service here takes forever. The food comes out at different times, making each person eat alone. We were put in a small room alone, which was quite sad. My pasta was not cooked properly and came out of the kitchen last, although the sauce was good. On the other hand, the pizzas were good, and very nicely cooked.
