ポンヌフ レトロ喫茶で手作り洋食を堪能
平日１３時頃伺いました。 カウンター8席と、4人掛けテーブル1つの小さな店内は満席で、１０分ほど待ちました。
今回はビーフカレーとドリアを注文。どちらもサラダ付き。
ビーフカレーは、しめじとじゃがいもと、お肉のシンプル具材、そして濃く深いスパイスの効いた、サラッとしたルー。 深みのあるお味でした。
ドリアは、手作りのホワイトソースが優しい味わいで、えび、ホタテのシーフードもけっこう多めに入っていました。 市販のホワイトソースとは味が違うのがわかります。 男性は量的には物足りないかもしれません。
どちらもとてもおいしかったです。
Pont Neuf Enjoy homemade Western food in a retro cafe
We visited around 1:00 p.m. on a weekday. The small restaurant with a counter seating 8 and a table for 4 was full and we waited about 10 minutes.
This time, we ordered beef curry and doria. Both came with salad.
The beef curry had simple ingredients of shimeji mushrooms, potatoes, and meat, and a thick, deeply spiced and silky roux. It had a deep flavor.
The doria had a gentle taste of homemade white sauce, and there was quite a bit of seafood (shrimp and scallops) in the doria. You can tell the taste is different from commercial white sauces. Men may not be satisfied with the quantity.
Both were very tasty.
