This place was clearly popular and I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before being seated. Once inside, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They guided me through the meal with genuine care and suggest me how to enjoy the sea bream sashimi. The dish came beautifully presented with fresh slices of sea bream accompanied by egg yolk, seaweed and perilla leaves. The result was a rich, savory and aromatic bowl that felt both refined and comforting. The sea bream delicate texture paired perfectly with the creamy yolk and herbal notes from the perilla.
