I loved my first burger here so much I came back later for my birthday. The taste reminds me very much of my favorite burger joint back in the States. Although I've found other good burger places in Matsuyama, this is the closest to the taste I miss from home by far. Very good menu with various options and toppings and an option to create your own burger. The two staff I've met were very friendly. The only issues are that the seating area is small and sometimes certain items will sell out pretty early in the day (the milkshakes look delicious but I haven't been able to make it in time to get one yet!). For these reasons, I recommend making a reservation if you plan to come here for the best experience. Fantastic little burger joint in the middle of Matsuyama. The simple cheese burger was fantastic- everything from the burger to the bun to the toppings. This restaurant has mastered the classic American hamburger and French fries. Both the crispy fries and the waffle fries were perfectly cooked.

They also served several craft beers, milkshakes, and sodas. They were playing a great hip hop soundtrack. The atmosphere was on point.

The food here is delicious - the burger especially had plenty of ingredients and was cooked to perfection. I ordered the bacon egg burger, and the bacon was appropriately flavourful and easy to bite through. It was also served with a paper wrapped around it, so you don't have to get your hands dirty while holding it to eat.

The menu has English on it, so no worries on understanding it. The staff was also friendly, and my order was taken with no issues.
