南部ビストロ うんめのす — Restaurant in Morioka

I absolutely adore the mini bar set up of this place with all-counter seats. The chef was so kind and bothered to acknowledge customers with a smile despite the language barrier.

The appetiser — selection of 3 small dishes at the chef’s choice — certainly worked up an appetite. Raw fish was very fresh. The beef bowl was a sizeable portion and certainly filled me up. Would be great if the roast beef was slightly more flavourful though. Also a range of sake from Iwate prefecture available.

Love the Homemade Roast Beef Don 😋 with its sweet-savory sauce 😜. ということで、この日の最終目的地 盛岡に到着。 宿は盛岡シティホテルでした。

チェックインを済ませ、 さあ飲みに繰り出すぞ！と 向かったのは再び盛岡駅。

盛岡駅ビル・フェザンの レストラン街（おでんせ館）にある 『南部ビストロ　うんめのす』に お邪魔しました。

ここを選んだのは、地酒飲み比べセットが あったからです。最近のお店選びで 重視しているポイントであります。

岩手のお酒飲み比べセット（1,220円）を注文。

・鷲の尾（八幡平市）　黒鷲（純米） ・菱屋酒造店（宮古市）　千両男山（純米） ・赤武（盛岡市）　琥珀（純米吟醸）

の3種でした。

おつまみは3品注文。

1.東北3県まるごとポテトサラダ（500円） ポテトサラダをミニサイズ南部せんべいで サンド。3県は北東北（青森・岩手・秋田） と思われますが、いぶりがっこ（秋田）、 南部せんべい（青森・岩手）、 ホタテ（青森）ということでいいのかな…？

2.さくさくチョリカツ（580円） ハムカツを超えたい！ということで 生まれたメニュー。チョリソーを揚げてます。

3.宮古産丸干し鱈（600円） コマイみたいに小ぶりな鱈もあるのね〜と 思ったら、コマイもタラ類のひとつでした(･･;)

なお、今回はちょい飲みで訪れましたが、 定食類もあるので、お食事処と...
